About Morghan

Hi there and thanks for reading! A bit about me: I’m a divorce attorney and Partner at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, a full-service law firm in New York City. I’m also a divorced mom who juggles visitation schedules, school PTA meetings and the many joys of being a divorced parent. Somehow I manage to find time to stay active in my blogging and education efforts. In my “free time” I teach law students at Pace University Law School.

I am proud to be named by Super Lawyers, New York’s Rising Stars (best attorneys who are 40 or under), and by the American Society of Legal Advocates as a Top 40 Family Lawyer Under 40 in New York. I’m active as a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Section for Women in the Law and Lawyer Moms of America. I sit on the board of founding members for the Astoria Foundation for the Arts. I am licensed to practice in New York, Maryland and D.C.

For more information about my practice please visit my website.

  2. Your ex tells you that you’re drunk and hangs up the
phone. You may feel the need to drop to your ex’s feet and
make reparations for what you’ve done wrong and what you will do to fix it,
but try to avoid doing this at first. You still love her,
you want to date her and she suggests that you both be friends.

I had no idea “how” to get divorced and was basically just going through the motions.
