Well it seems like it took four years – and that’s because it did! That’s right: back in 2016, I was hired to represent Michael Wainstein in his divorce from RHONY cast member Jules.

New York divorces generally take a long time, especially when there’s a trial involved, and this case was no exception.

“My client is happy to close this chapter of his life and is looking forward to moving on,” Michael’s attorney, Morghan Richardson, told Page Six in a statement on Tuesday.

The former couple will, however, still be battling out child custody issues in Florida.

Earlier this year, Jules was arrested in Boca Raton, Fla., after allegedly punching Michael in the face in front of their children, son Jagger and daughter Rio. An insider told Page Six at the time that Jules may have been intoxicated during the incident, in which she licked Michael’s car window and struck the vehicle with a baseball bat.
